What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We offer both USPS and UPS shipping.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Currently the United States ITAR laws prevent us from shipping outside of the country.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Packages normally arrive within a day or two of the estimated shipping times given on checkout. The USPS has been very slow the past couple of years. Please consider USPS shipping times as estimates only.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept Credit cards and Paypal as payment methods.
Is Buying On-Line Safe?
We never see or store your credit card information. All payment processing is done using iframes from the PCI certified payment processor. Your credit card information never passes through our server or is stored in any way. All we receive is a notice that the payment was made.
Orders & Returns
How do I place an Order?
All orders are made using the shopping cart system built into the website. We do not have phone support or any means to place orders over the phone.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Email me at help@garandgear.com before your order ships to make any changes. Since we don’t see or store your payment information I can’t add items to an order that’s already been paid for. In this case the best method is to place a second order and I can refund the shipping and merge the two orders.
Do I need an account to place an order?
The website supports Guest checkout and an account is not required. All accounts previously made on the old website have been removed and not transferred over to the new website. If you wish to track your orders you can create an account when you checkout with an order.
How Do I Track My Order?
On the home page of the website is an option to track your order.. You just need your Order number and the associated email address used when the order was placed. The website will also email you updates to your order as it’s being processed.
How Can I Return a Product?
I accept returns on all our items for any reason. Please return any item no longer then 60 days from purchase. The credit card companies will not allow us to issue refunds after this time. All refunds amounts are for the cost of the items returned minus the shipping costs.
